Horn - Barry Tuckwell

  Tuckwell does an amazing job covering just about every aspect of the horn in this book. He goes from explaing what the name for the different calls were, to talking about how some of the major composers wrote for the horn.

  This is not a technique, or etude, book, more like a history book. I know, some of you might be thinking, "But I hate history!" Personally, history has never my favorite subject either, but when I picked this book up I couldn't stop reading. Before I knew it, I had finished the entire book.
