Senior Recital - Part Two

    The second solo on the concert was Gliere's Horn Concerto in Bb. In my recital I only performed the 2nd and 3rd movements for the sake of time, and endurance. This is probably one of my favorite solo pieces for French horn, any instrument actually. When I first heard it and started looking at the music I went through a myriad of emotions... all within the first 20 minutes. Now, eight months later, I truly love to perform this piece and my recital was another great experience to share this piece with an audience.
